Expanded black thermoacoustic insulation eco cork

Natural product
Eco-Black cork is best for thermal insulation. It also acts as an acoustic insulator by absorption.
- Thermoacoustic insulation.
- Pure agglomerate.
- No stickers.
- Ecological Density 110 - 115 kg/m3.
It is manufactured in plates of 1 x 0.50 m.
In standard thicknesses of 20/30/40/50/60/80/100 mm.
Black agglomerated thermal and acoustic insulating cork for construction and industry
Aglomerado expandido puro de corcho. Producto 100% natural. Se obtiene a través de granulado de corcho que se aglutina entre si por la propia resina natural (suberina) sin adición de cola alguna, mediante la cocción en autoclave.

Thermal and acoustic insulation of the Ecological building

Features
On request, up to 300 mm thick can be manufactured for special orders. Therefore, it can also be supplied in 120 and 150 mm. It is a product composed of virgin forest cork that is crushed into grains, agglomerated into blocks and then cut into plates. It has a special form of manufacture by pressing it in a closed autoclave, injecting water vapor at high pressure and temperature and the melt is melted, which acts as a binder, and at the same time its cells expand composition cells. The molten suberina is what causes its peculiar smell of toast, which over time is lost.
As a guide for very good insulation, it is advisable to use a minimum thickness of 50 mm on perimeter walls. For roofs a thickness of 80 to 100 mm is recommended.
Although the final exact calculation corresponds to the project technician, for thicknesses greater than 50, - mm it is advisable to install two or three thicknesses in several layers, placed to break together to prevent thermal leaks, thus increasing insulating efficiency. This does not represent any increase in the cost of the material to be installed, as the price is proportional to the thickness.
Applications
- Public buildings.
- Houses.
- Factories.
- Farms.
- Cold Rooms.

For the rehabilitation of existing constructions, in which the insulation for the interior must be improved, it can be fixed directly to walls and ceilings with all the mortars and glues available on the market (even plasterboard and plasterboard), and if desired can be plastered directly with plaster or mortar. When installed on the outside of buildings.
Use
- Thermal insulation.
- Acoustic conditioning.
- Impact sound reducer.
- Expansion joints.
- Insulation for moisture.
- Inclined and flat roofs.
- Insulation partitions.
- Exterior walls.
Organization
- In 20 mm it contains 7,50 m2
- In 30 mm it contains 5,00 m2
- In 40 mm it contains 4,00 m2
- In 50 mm it contains 3,00 m2
It is a very good solution for ventilated facades.
For facades SATE system is covered with a breathable mortar coating, previously placing a mesh to prevent visualization of joints. This ensures aesthetics and durability for many years.
